The terms that apply when you access, purchase, and use Faceless Daily Sales.

3. Checkout and Merchant of Record
Purchases are processed through Polar.
Polar acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller for the checkout transaction. Polar processes payments, calculates and collects applicable sales taxes, issues receipts or invoices, and handles certain billing matters.
The checkout transaction is also subject to Polar’s Checkout Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy.
Where these terms conflict with Polar’s terms concerning payment processing, taxes, billing, chargebacks, or checkout administration, Polar’s applicable terms govern those specific matters.
4. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
If you are under the legal age of majority in your place of residence, you may purchase the product only with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted during checkout is complete and accurate.
5. The Digital Product
Faceless Daily Sales is a digitally delivered educational guide and product system.
The purchase does not include a physical product, personal coaching, individual business advice, guaranteed advertising results, or a done-for-you business unless expressly stated on the product page.
The precise contents included with the purchase are described on the sales page and at checkout.
6. Price, Payment, and Taxes
The price shown on the website may be displayed before applicable taxes.
The final amount, including any VAT, sales tax, GST, or similar charge, will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.
Payment must be successfully authorized before access is provided.
Polar is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable transaction taxes as merchant of record. You remain responsible for any personal or business tax obligations arising from your own use or resale of the product.
7. Delivery and Access
Access is normally provided electronically following successful payment.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking your spam or promotions folder.
If you do not receive access within a reasonable period, contact us using the email address listed above.
8. License and Resale Rights
Your purchase includes only the rights expressly described on the sales page and in any license document delivered with the product.
Unless the included license states otherwise, you receive a limited, non-exclusive commercial license to use, edit, rename, rebrand, and resell the product as permitted by that license.
You do not receive ownership of:
The Faceless Income Lab name or branding
Our logos, trademarks, website, or promotional materials
Third-party materials or intellectual property
Any content not expressly included in the product license
The right to transfer resale rights, master resale rights, private-label rights, or rebranding rights to your own customers exists only where the included license expressly permits it.
If the product page and delivered license differ, the delivered license governs the permitted
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
Share your private download link or customer access
Distribute the product outside the rights granted by the included license
Claim exclusive ownership of material that is licensed non-exclusively
Register our branding, product name, artwork, or content as your trademark
Use the product for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
Make false or unsubstantiated earnings claims
Suggest that Faceless Income Lab endorses your independent business
Remove legally required notices from third-party materials
Use the product in a manner that infringes another person’s rights
A serious breach of these conditions may result in termination of access and the included license.
10. Your Responsibilities When Reselling
If you rebrand or resell the product, you operate as an independent business.
You are responsible for:
Your own sales page, advertising, and product claims
Accurately describing what your customers receive
Your own terms, privacy notice, and refund policy
Providing support to your customers
Following advertising and consumer-protection laws
Paying your own taxes and business expenses
Ensuring that any modifications do not infringe third-party rights
Faceless Income Lab is not a party to transactions between you and your customers.
11. No Earnings Guarantee
Faceless Daily Sales is provided for educational and informational purposes.
We do not guarantee that you will earn any particular amount of money, recover advertising expenses, make sales, build a profitable business, or achieve results within a particular period.
Examples, figures, calculations, and scenarios are illustrative only. They are not promises or representations of typical or guaranteed results.
Your results depend on factors including your decisions, effort, market, offer, pricing, content, advertising, experience, and external economic conditions.
12. Refund Policy
Because Faceless Daily Sales is a digital product that is generally made available shortly after purchase, sales are normally final once access or delivery has begun.
However, this policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights or legal remedies.
Refunds or replacement access may be considered where:
You were charged more than once for the same order
The product was not delivered
The supplied file is corrupted or inaccessible
The product materially differs from its stated description
A refund is otherwise required by applicable law
Refund requests should include the email address used for the purchase, the order number, and a description of the problem.

13. Withdrawal Rights for Digital Content
Consumers in the European Union or European Economic Area may ordinarily have a statutory withdrawal right for distance contracts.
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, that withdrawal right may expire when digital delivery begins, provided that the consumer:
Expressly consents to delivery beginning before the withdrawal period ends
Acknowledges that the withdrawal right will be lost once delivery begins
Receives the legally required confirmation
This section does not remove any mandatory rights where the legally required consent, acknowledgment, or confirmation has not been obtained.
14. Consequences of a Refund
If a full refund is issued:
Your access to the product may be revoked
Your license to use, edit, or resell the product ends
You must stop selling or distributing the product
You must delete retained product files where legally permissible
You may not continue using modified versions derived from the refunded product
A refund does not authorize continued commercial use of the product.
15. Defective or Non-Conforming Digital Content
If the digital product is defective, inaccessible, or does not conform to the agreed description, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue.
Where appropriate, we may provide:
A replacement download
Corrected access
An updated file
Another remedy required by applicable law
Mandatory statutory rights relating to defective digital products remain unaffected.

Support does not include personalized legal, tax, financial, advertising, technical-development, or business-consulting services.
17. Intellectual Property

Except for the specific license supplied with Faceless Daily Sales, no rights are transferred to you.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
18. Third-Party Services and Links

We do not control those third-party services and cannot guarantee their continued availability, features, pricing, policies, or performance.
Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and policies of the relevant provider.

We do not guarantee that every third-party method, platform, interface, advertising strategy, or external service mentioned in the guide will remain unchanged or available indefinitely.
Changes will not remove mandatory rights relating to a purchase already completed.
20. Limitation of Liability
We are liable without limitation where liability arises from:
Intentional misconduct or gross negligence
Injury to life, body, or health
A guarantee expressly provided by us
Mandatory product-liability law
Any other liability that cannot legally be limited
For damage caused by ordinary negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to reasonably foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful. German law limits the extent to which standard terms may exclude liability for personal injury, gross negligence, or essential contractual rights.
21. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers, this choice of law does not remove mandatory protections granted by the law of the country in which they ordinarily reside.
Mandatory statutory rules concerning jurisdiction and consumer rights remain unaffected.
22. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
The invalid provision will be replaced by the applicable statutory rule.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when the product, website, service providers, business practices, or applicable legal requirements change.
The current version and its effective date will be published on this page.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights already acquired through a completed purchase.
